Job DescriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Application Support Analyst team in Cumbria Constabulary. This role is suitable for both experienced professionals and those seeking professional development.

Application Support Analysts will work under our Digital Data and Technology Command (DDaT).

The primary focus is on providing support for the effective delivery of policing services through the management, administration, development, and exploitation of business applications. You will deliver high-quality, customer-focused services to a wide range of clients.

You will take a lead role in supporting designated business-critical and non-critical applications.

You will serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within the Constabulary for your nominated system.

This position offers a great opportunity to maximize potential efficiency savings and other benefits for Cumbria Constabulary as they serve the public.

Successful candidates will be able to identify, scope, and implement development areas, including system changes, and will play an integral role in improving data quality and processes.
