Staff Accountant

A growing real estate firm in London is looking to hire a Staff Accountant to join its finance team. This is a newly created role due to the growth of the business and its large portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates early in their career and eager to further progress whilst learning the job.The business is on a path of automation and very keen to have candidates who have been involved in improving processes and efficiencies with their various systems.What you will be doing:Support monthly and quarterly financial reportingReview and analyse financial statements across multiple entitiesAssist with consolidations and reporting packs for senior managementPerform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting documentationLiaise with external auditors and support year-end audit processesContribute to process improvements and internal controlsWhat we are looking for:Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) - study support availableSolid technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS (US GAAP exposure a plus)Detail-oriented with strong analytical skillsProficient with Microsoft Excel and has experience with ERP systemsConfident communicator with the ability to work across teamsWhat''s on OfferClear progression opportunitiesExposure to a dynamic real estate portfolioCollaborative and fast-paced working ..... full job details .....
