Staff Accountant

A growing real estate firm in London is looking to hire a newly qualified accountant to join its finance team. This is a newly created role due to the growth of the business and its large portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates making their first move out of practice, with a strong grounding in audit and financial reporting.What you will be doing:Support monthly and quarterly financial reportingReview and analyse financial statements across multiple entitiesAssist with consolidations and reporting packs for senior managementPerform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting documentationLiaise with external auditors and support year-end audit processesContribute to process improvements and internal controlsWhat we are looking for:Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA newly qualified or equivalent)Strong audit background (ideally trained in a leading accounting firm environment)Solid technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS (US GAAP exposure a plus)Detail-oriented with strong analytical skillsConfident communicator with the ability to work across teamsWhat''s on OfferClear progression opportunitiesExposure to a dynamic real estate portfolioCollaborative and fast-paced working environmentPlease note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
