This role is designed for Specialty Trainee Year 3 (ST3) doctors who are passionate about advancing their career in haematology. You will be part of a supportive and innovative clinical environment, working alongside experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive management plans. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood counts, bone marrow biopsies, and genetic testing. Manage inpatient and outpatient haematology services, ensuring timely and effective patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and treatment options. Engage in clinical research and audit activities to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Provide education and training to junior doctors, medical students, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NHS standards. Required Qualifications and Experience MBBS or equivalent medical degree. Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
