SSSTS Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive SSSTS Supervisor with Gold CSCS Card to assist our clint on a project in Norwich. This is for an immediate start for approx 15 weeks. Responsibilities Lead and supervise teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and within designated timeframes. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to optimise performance and professional development. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices across all operations. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication channels. Manage resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements. Prepare reports on project status, team performance, and operational issues for senior management. Requirements Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a relevant industry.
