The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Supervise all roofing activities (flat, pitched, or specialist systems depending on project) Manage site operatives, subcontractors, and deliveries Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations , RAMS, and company procedures Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks Monitor quality of installation and ensure works meet specifications and drawings Coordinate programme of works to meet deadlines Liaise with Site Managers, clients, and other trades on-site Ensure correct use of PPE and safe working practices (working at height critical) Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and H&S documentation Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently Essential Requirements SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – valid Proven experience supervising roofing projects ...
