Sructured Finance CLO Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm, to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join its Structured Finance CLO team on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will support attorneys and coordinate work for transactional. Key responsibilities include:Preparing legal documentsConducting legal research and creating reportsCoordinate closing and signing processes for transactionsTo be considered, candidates will have a minimum of a years'' finance experience. CLO experience is preferable.
