As the Senior Manager you will help shape the future of load balancing working with teams in Canada and the United States. You will have a proven ability to solve problems whether they require a rapid response or a long term strategy. You will know when to make a critical decision or gain cross functional consensus. Responsibilities will include:? Building software and systems to manage services and applications through automation? Deployment, support and monitoring of existing and new products and configurations? Measurement and optimization of service performance? Demonstrable traffic management experienceDemonstrable software engineering or reliability engineering experienceBachelor of Science in relevant engineering disciplinesPreferred Qualifications

Track record of building and running high-performance teamsAdvanced experience with programming and/or scripting languages (Golang, Python, Java, bash)Experience with DevOps tools, processes, and cultureStrong knowledge in Traffic (LB/GSLB/TLS) technologies and troubleshooting toolsDemonstrated ability to deliver solutions that are easily maintainable, understandable, and diagnosableAble to write clear and consumable documentationStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teamsDemonstrated ability to deliver results on time with high qualityExtensive experience leading customer facing systems in a high uptime 24/7 environmentPassionate about leading a global 24/7 engineering organizationA consistent track record of automationLifelong learner who furthers diversity of thought in their approach to ..... full job details .....
