HashiCorp Vault is an identity based multi-cloud security platform, with extensive capabilities in secrets management, certificate management, encryption, and access/identity management. Our community has tens of thousands of active users, and our enterprise users are some of the largest finance, healthcare, and technology companies in the world.As a Product Manager in the Secure team you will be responsible for all aspects of creating and delivering the Secure products. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing PM team focused on Vault Ecosystem. You will work closely with the Vault engineering teams, as well as the HashiCorp Cloud Platform team to support the development and release of Vault offerings.Responsibilities
Lead the product management efforts for our lineDrive customer engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve the productCollaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product vision, strategy and roadmap to meet our current and future customer needsPerform market research and competitive analysis to discover potential areas for improvement and support product developmentPartner closely with design, engineering, and product marketing peers and shape, iterate, and deliver business and customer driven outcomesDevelop and implement strategies to increase adoption and drive revenue growth in the marketCraft messaging and product story in partnership with sales and PMM enablement teamsMonitor product performance, advocate for best practices and provide insights to inform future iterations that contribute to the product culture and HashiCorp principlesThis job can be performed from anywhere in the USEducation

4+ years of product experience in B2B SaaS space in a product management roleExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to determine and prioritize key issuesExceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsAnalytical horsepower: You dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the right resultsCustomer and Partner facing experience: You’re comfortable in front of customers or third-party collaborators, and have experience navigating customer conversationsDemonstrated success in implementing product strategies with drive and determinationOperational rigor: You are strong operationally, capable of designing and driving across-functional team and processAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong technical acumen: Solid understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies preferredAttributes We Look For In Successful Product Managers
