This role offers opportunities for growth into senior product leadership and deeper specialization in AI.Role ResponsibilitiesThis is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Pendo’s AI-powered feedback tools used by hundreds of product teams globally. As a key member of our growing Sheffield based product team, you''ll lead initiatives that help customers unlock insights from user feedback at scale.You’ll own key areas of the Pendo Listen roadmap, leading discovery and delivery of new features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring AI-powered capabilities to market.Become a subject matter expert and advocate for Pendo Listen and support the development of the vision, strategy, and roadmap.Develop an understanding of the competition and ways to differentiate Pendo ListenOwn key areas of the roadmap for Pendo Listen, collaborating closely with product leadership whilst independently leading your product discovery, defining success metrics, and shipping impactful features.Conduct product discovery activities such as user interviews and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify and solve for customer challenges.Collaborate with engineers, UX designers and go to market teams to deliver new features from ideation through execution and launch.Assesses business and customer requirements, matches these requirements to objectives and guides teams through execution and deliveryThe team is located in Sheffield, UK, work model will be 3 days a week in the office.Minimum Qualifications2+ years of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product management (PM) experiencePreferred Qualifications and ExperienceInvolvement in the end to end process of bringing new features to market with (from inception to launch) in the B2B SaaS spaceExperience implementing or exposure to generative AIPrevious experience with Pendo or other tools for product managers and their teamExperience working with APIs or integrationsPendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success.
