Our Dental Professional (DP) partners worldwide are our vital stakeholders on our mission to improve the lives of consumers worldwide via the gateway of the body: their mouth.As a Sr. Marketing Manager within the Global Oral Health Care team, you will be at the forefront of shaping and growing our Philips Sonicare (power toothbrush and power interdental solutions) and Philips ZOOM! (whitening solutions) brands with Dental Professionals worldwide. Your mission is to win the hearts and minds of Dental Professionals by, together with the teams in both Upstream marketing and our Regions, creating meaningful propositions and B2B marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate in our B2C marketing strategy across all touchpoints.Marketing planning process
Lead the Dental Professional Marketing planning process, together with the Regional Professional Marketing leadsEnsure the Global and Regional marketing strategy seamlessly integrate into global business objectives and local consumer experience journeys.New Product Value Proposition and benefit creation
Lead the DP value proposition creation process for new product introductions within the DP channel, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.Portfolio coordination to B2B channel
Align on the global and regional product portfolio strategy, ensuring integration across regions.Regional Activation and Performance
Collaborate with Regional Marketing teams to design and implement activation plans, providing ongoing consultation to ensure success.Track performance against defined KPIs to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.Your role:

Minimum 5-8 years of
(professional) Marketing Management experience
in personal health/consumer goods industry (must)Proven delivery of
global strategy
and programs with turnkey playbooks for
regional excellent activation
(must)You thrive within
complex, matrix organizations
and stakeholder environments (must)Experience integrating
healthcare professional (HCP) marketing
into consumer journeys is a strong plusFluent in
English
(required)University degree (e.g. in marketing, business or similar)How we work together
