Sr. EU Site Process Engineer, EUCF PE

Amazon is seeking Site Process Engineers to work in the EUCF Process Engineering (EUCF PE) team. The Site Process Engineer is an onsite position and will be based in EUK1.The Site Process Engineer works alongside with the FC Senior Leadership Team, while keeping high collaboration with EUCF PE functions. This role is responsible to deploy initiatives, build networking and relationship in the FC and drive compliance for the initiatives within an assigned timeline. The Site Process Engineer initiates and implements EU wide improvement activities. This role requires the ability to demonstrate ownership for initiatives, understand the initiatives in details, and influence to deliver meaningful results translating to tangible productivity and efficiency gains in the FC. Key job responsibilitiesThe Process Engineer leads Back to Basics initiatives by identifying top opportunities through analysis of bottom 50% processes, comparing metrics against EU FC benchmarks, and implementing improvement plans with Operations Management. They oversee FC improvement programs, conduct deep-dive analysis of process performance, and manage action plans while collaborating with central PE functions and regional Site PEs for best practices and variation reduction.In continuous improvement, they drive network best practice implementation, strengthen innovation frameworks, and ensure significant projects ($10M+ savings) are properly submitted through OP1 Project Intake.
