Provide strategic governance and executive alignment across complex, cross-functional workstreams.Chair and facilitate Steering Committee meetings; escalate critical issues and decisions to senior executives.Drive transformation momentum by coordinating program milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.Partner with functional and regional leaders to ensure consistent execution of program goals.Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of program managers and process analysts, providing coaching and career development to build organizational capability.Anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.Maintain oversight of program planning, tracking, and reporting against key business outcomes.Monitor adherence to program methodologies, identify gaps and implement corrective actions; ensure documentation, knowledge management and process compliance to support transparency and shared outcomes.Partner with stakeholders to evolve processes based on lessons learned, best practices, and organizational priorities.Act as a thought partner to the EPMO Leader and executive stakeholders, shaping enterprise transformation strategy.Qualifications

Extensive program management and transformation leadership experience, with at least 3 years at the Assistant Director or Director level.Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.Expertise in program governance, decision-making frameworks, and enterprise risk management.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Background in healthcare, life sciences, or consulting preferred.Critical Skills
