Candidate Delivery and Research ConsultantScope of RoleTo create, manage and develop candidate relationships while delivering a professional recruitment service throughout the full candidate lifecycle. The role combines candidate delivery, talent sourcing, market research, headhunting and talent mapping activities to identify, attract and place high-quality candidates, supporting revenue growth and exceptional service delivery to clients and candidates alike.Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing, Attraction and Talent MappingIdentify, attract and engage candidates through internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, referrals and recommendations.Conduct proactive headhunting and market mapping exercises to identify talent within target organisations.Build and maintain talent pools aligned to current and anticipated hiring requirements.Develop candidate pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.Utilise market intelligence and research to identify candidate trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.Embrace new technologies and sourcing methodologies to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.
