The SME would be expected to: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Demonstrate standard Dynamics 365 capabilities and showcase fit-to-standard approaches. Share lessons learned and best practices from comparable D365 implementations. Challenge unnecessary customization requests and promote maximum adoption of OOTB functionality. Help business stakeholders understand what "good" looks like through industry-leading processes and operating models. Facilitate workshops, guide business discussions, and advise on solution design decisions. Act as a trusted advisor to both SSE and TCS teams, helping bridge the gap between business expectations and platform capabilities.
