Cultivate transparent communication and coordination among various groups delivering individual Programme Increment elements. Maintain accountability for the deployment of the primary IT platform, overseeing the design, development, and stabilization of all environments, including Factory, SIT, Pre-Production, and Production. Coordinate with the Technical Lead and Programme Manager to maintain Agile delivery artifacts in full alignment with project requirements.
