With growing technology and development teams, this is an opportunity to get in earlier on what is to be an exciting and technology first direction for the firm. What the SQL Solutions Developer will be doing:Develop, maintain and support a high-volume automated case management system used across operational services.Deliver system enhancements and support live production environments.Investigate and resolve complex production issues and recurring system problems.Support workflow-driven case processing and rules-based system behaviour.Use SQL and T-SQL to analyse system behaviour, optimise performance and implement controlled fixes.Produce clear technical documentation and accurate delivery estimates.Manage multiple development tasks whilst maintaining quality and deadlines.Build strong knowledge of supported systems to improve troubleshooting and enhancement activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decisions and solution design.Adapt to changing business requirements with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
