SQL Server DBA (SC Cleared) London (Hybrid) 6 Month Contract to £350/day-£400/day (Inside IR35) SQL Server DBA needed with active SC Security Clearance, SQL Server databases. 6 Month Contract based in Central London (Hybrid). Start ASAP in March 2026. Hybrid Working - 2 days/week remote (WFH), and 3 days/week working on-site from the London office. A chance to work with a leading global IT and Digital transformation business specialising in Government projects: Experienced SQL Server DBA or similar role, Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) Must have in-depth experienced, Manage SQL Server databases, Configure and maintain database servers and processes, Backups, restores and recovery models. High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server and experience with Windows server, including Active Directory Monitor system s health and performance, including ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time and Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement Provide 24 7 support for critical production systems Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours MCTS, MCITP, and/or MVP certifications a plus Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred.
