Experience in GITHUB, Bitbucket or other enterprise source control tool for CI/CD. Experience in managing and tracking work using management tools like SF, LCT. Preferred to have understanding on ITIL concepts including Incidents, Problems, Change, Service delivery, transitions, etc. Excellent troubleshooting skills for Back End workflow management processes, batch management and Shell Scripting. Understanding on Resiliency test (DR) and having exposure to resiliency workflow management tools like Cutover. Candidate having worked in Observability tools like AppD, APM would be preferred.
