Sprinkler/Water Mist Designer

To work closely with the Camerfield mechanical design team and also have the ability to work alone being self-motivated and reporting in to the design manager. Will need knowledge and understanding of the current sprinkler and/or water mist standards and rulings. Have a good work ethic to deal with both the nationwide clients and work colleges in professional manner. Be able to prepare designs, schematics, calculations and as builds in AutoCad and Revit. Typical Responsibilities To work with and under instruction from the Design team management Have the ability to work as a team player Show willing to learn new systems and procedures Organising time with the Design manager for allocated jobs Have the capability to deal with challenges that maybe on sites and able to adopt with the right attitude to overcome the obstacles and in a correct manner To act as a company ambassador, you must be smart in appearance, pleasant in attitude, and capable of communicating diplomatically to strengthen customer relation Be available for to work away from home and offer over time support if required Have the knowledge of sprinkler systems with the ability to design a system from site survey to as builds Find creative design solutions to problems Create and manage distribution systems and terminology knowledge. Any other duties commensurate with the role.
