Key Responsibilities • Manage projects from handover through to completion. • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, design teams, and site personnel. • Develop and maintain project programmes and cost forecasts. • Manage labour, materials, subcontractors, and project documentation. • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and industry standards. • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and support audits. • Identify and manage project variations, final accounts, and commercial performance. • Oversee project close-out including certification, O&M manuals, and as-fitted drawings. Requirements • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects. • Knowledge of BS EN 12845 and LPS 1048 standards. • LPCB Testing & Commissioning Module 2 and Site Inspection Module 1 (or equivalent competency). • SMSTS and CSCS card holder. • Strong understanding of CDM regulations and project managem...
