Working closely with the Spray Shop Manager, you will lead the team, maintain quality standards, and step into a supervisory role when required. Key Responsibilities Prepare, spray and finish timber products to a high standard. Manage the spray shop team in the absence of the Spray Shop Manager. Allocate workloads and prioritise jobs to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines. Monitor quality control and ensure all products meet company standards. Lead daily team activities, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Maintain health & safety compliance, including RAMS, COSHH and workshop procedures. Liaise with production, workshop and management teams to ensure smooth workflow. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and housekeeping.
