Job Title: Spray Line OperativeLocation: LeicestershireHours: 6am to 2pm Mon to Fri OR 2:30pm to 12:30pm Mon to ThursPay Rate: 12.50 - 13.00 per hour, depending on experienceBenefits: Opportunity to join a growing, well-established business, supportive team environment, long-term progression opportunities, on-site parking, company events.About the RoleOur client, a leading manufacturer of architectural joinery products is looking for a skilled and reliable Spray Line Operative to join their production team.This hands-on role involves preparing and finishing timber-based products using automated and manual spray equipment, ensuring all items meet required quality and finish standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate spray line machinery to apply paint, lacquer, or primer to joinery productsPrepare components for spraying, including sanding and maskingMonitor spray quality, finish consistency, and drying timesConduct basic maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment and work areaWork to daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standardsFollow health and safety and COSHH regulations in all tasksWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a spray-finishing, paint line, or similar production role (wood product experience desirable)Understanding of finishing techniques and surface preparationFamiliar with spray guns, automated lines, or paint boothsAttention to detail and commitment to quality finishTeam player with a strong work ethic and willingness to ..... full job details .....
