This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can use sport as a positive tool to engage young people who have become disengaged from mainstream education.Working with small groups of students, you''ll help build confidence, resilience and positive relationships while supporting learning and behaviour in a structured environment.The Role Deliver engaging sports and physical activity sessions to KS3 students.Build positive, professional relationships with pupils displaying challenging behaviour.Support students with emotional regulation, resilience and social development.Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to encourage positive behaviour and engagement.Act as a positive role model, maintaining high expectations and consistency.Help create a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
