You will teach a wide range of learning needs throughout the School taking Classes of Secondary aged pupils. Pupils have special needs so a talented coach is required to adapt lessons, be flexible and creative in their lesson plans for Physical education. You will be teaching Sports, Movement and Physical Education Curriculum designed to students who have barriers to learning and many of whom may have been excluded from their previous school for poo behaviour. You will encoruage students to explore their sporting skills whilst also putting enphasis on soft skills in Sports such as Team Work and Discipline, which could help these studenrts in their wider schooling. You must be a positive and energetic leader, able to engage with children and form positive relationships/rapport.
