About your new role The Casualty team provides a full and expert defendant litigation service, acting across both the public and private sectors on a wide range of public liability (PL) and employers'' liability (EL) claims. Our client is recognised as a market leader in this space, offering high - quality representation across core and specialist Casualty areas, including support from our dedicated Casualty Fraud team. They operate on a national basis, with specialist commercial insurance and public sector teams, enabling them to deliver a consistent, well - resourced service to our clients. We have been instructed to recruit a Solicitor or CILEX - qualified Lawyer (2 - 4 years '' PQE) to join their Sports team in Leeds. Working within this dedicated team, you will be responsible, under appropriate supervision, for the day - to - day management of a varied caseload, handling claims efficiently and delivering pragmatic, commercial outcomes for clients. You will also assist Partners and Principal Associates in the defence of a wide range of claims, often high value and high profile, on behalf of sports'' governing bodies, competitors, sports clubs, and their insurers.
