The RoleAs a Sports Instructor, you''ll play a key role in promoting physical activity, confidence, and teamwork among young people by: Delivering fun and engaging PE lessons and sports activities Leading both small-group and whole-class sessions Supporting pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs Encouraging participation, resilience, and healthy lifestyles Working across a variety of local schools, gaining diverse and rewarding experience What We''re Looking For Experience in sports coaching, PE instruction, fitness, or youth sport Confidence leading and motivating groups of children and young people A reliable, positive, and enthusiastic approach Strong behaviour management and communication skills A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer Opportunities across Dorset, including Dorchester, Weymouth, Poole, Bournemouth, Sherborne, and surrounding areas Full-time and flexible part-time positions available Competitive rates of pay Dedicated support from your ..... full job details .....
