The Role We''re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sports Facilities Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the college''s sports centre and any future sports facilities developed on site. This is a hands-on role where you''ll help ensure the facilities operate safely, efficiently and provide an excellent experience for students, staff and external customers. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the daily running of the college sports facilities. Supervising students working within the sports centre. Delivering basic fitness suite inductions to new users. Monitoring the condition of equipment and facilities. Reporting maintenance and repair requirements to the maintenance team. Carrying out minor maintenance and repairs where appropriate. Promoting safe working practices and ensuring facilities are used responsibly.
