At Dallaglio RugbyWorks, we support young people who are at risk of exclusion from education. Using sport as a hook and positive relationships as the foundation, we help young people build confidence, resilience, aspirations and life skills that can transform their futures. You don''t need to be a rugby expert. What matters is your ability to connect with young people, inspire them and help them believe in themselves. The Role at a Glance Sports Coach / Youth Mentor (we call it Delivery Lead) Luton and Stevenage £25,000 £30,000 per year Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, including up to two evenings per week until 7pm Supporting young people facing exclusion and hardship. At Dallaglio RugbyWorks, we support young people 12-18 who are struggling in education, at risk of exclusion, or facing significant challenges.
