This role involves supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs within a Pupil Referral Unit setting, using sport and positive relationship-building to encourage engagement, confidence and personal development. The role will also include general Teaching Assistant responsibilities, supporting students both in and out of the classroom. The provision takes a highly nurturing and relational approach, placing a strong emphasis on inclusion, emotional wellbeing and preparing young people for future education, employment and independent life.
