These schools have a high number of vulnerable pupils, many of whom require positive role models who can build relationships, inspire confidence and help them re-engage with learning.This isn''t a PE role.Instead, you''ll use your coaching, communication and relationship-building skills to support children inside the classroom, helping them develop emotionally, socially and academically.The RoleWorking alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you''ll support pupils who may: Have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Display behaviours that challenge. Be disengaged from learning. Need support regulating their emotions.
