Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of structured and engagingandnbsp;PE lessonsandnbsp;to students aged 11andndash;16
• Assist in coaching a variety of sports andandnbsp;encouraging participationandnbsp;among all ability levels
• Promote aandnbsp;positive, inclusive sports cultureandnbsp;within the school community
• Work collaboratively with PE staff to prepare and supervise sessions
• Ensureandnbsp;student safety and well-beingandnbsp;during all physical activities
• Inspire students to developandnbsp;healthy lifestylesandnbsp;and a long-term interest in fitness

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• A background inandnbsp;Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field (degree preferred but not essential)
• Experience working with young people, ideally in aandnbsp;secondary schoolandnbsp;setting
• Knowledge of theandnbsp;KS3 and KS4 PE curriculumandnbsp;and various sports disciplines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability toandnbsp;engage and motivateandnbsp;students with varying interests and abilities
• Understanding ofandnbsp;safeguarding proceduresandnbsp;and safe practice in sports environments
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach to promotingandnbsp;fitness and well-being
