Job Description:
- Deliverandnbsp;high-energy sports sessionsandnbsp;andandnbsp;PE lessonsandnbsp;across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Plan and leadandnbsp;enrichment activities, including lunchtime and after-school clubs
- Promoteandnbsp;teamwork,andnbsp;resilience, andandnbsp;positive attitudesandnbsp;through sport
- Support class teachers in delivering the PE curriculum and school sports events
- Ensure aandnbsp;safe and inclusive environmentandnbsp;for all pupils
- Be aandnbsp;positive role modelandnbsp;who encourages participation and enjoyment in physical activity
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with primary-aged children in a sports or coaching capacity
- Hold a relevantandnbsp;sports coaching qualificationandnbsp;(desirable but not essential)
- Beandnbsp;energetic,andnbsp;reliable, and passionate aboutandnbsp;youth development
- Demonstrate strongandnbsp;behaviour managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;communication skills
- Be committed toandnbsp;safeguardingandnbsp;and promoting the welfare of children
- Be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of different age groups and abilities
