Sports Coach - PRULocation: Manchester (M34)Pay: 95- 105 per day, depending on experienceStart Date: 23/02/2026Are you a calm and resilient individual with a passion for sports? We are currently working with a pupil referral unit to recruit for experienced sports coaches, starting after February half-term.This is an excellent opportunity for sports coaches to use this experience within a school setting, encouraging students to re-engage in learning.The Role:Supporting pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, using passion for sports to encourage re-engagementCo-ordinating fun and engaging activities for pupilsCollaborating with teachers and parents to monitor progressExperience, Training and Qualifications:Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)Team Teach Level 2 is highly desired but training can be providedA passion for sports and delivering sports sessionsA calm and resilient natureExcellent behaviour management skillsTo be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must: Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new applicationProvide two professional referencesOtherIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
