Sports CoachLocation: RochdaleWorking Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pmPay: 16.78 per hourStart Date: ASAPWe are currently looking for a Sports Coach to join a welcoming school in Rochdale, providing dedicated support to pupils throughout the school day.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sport, enjoys working with children and young people, and wants to make a positive difference in a school environment.The RoleAs a Sports Coach, you will:Support pupils with their physical, social and emotional development.Deliver and support sports and physical activity sessions.Encourage pupils to participate in lessons and school activities.Use sport and physical activity to help develop pupils'' confidence and social skills.Provide one-to-one or small-group support where required.Encourage positive behaviour, teamwork and participation.Work alongside teaching staff to create a positive and engaging environment.Build positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff.Assist with general classroom and school activities where required.Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.About YouWe are looking for someone who is:Patient, caring and approachable.Passionate about sport and working with children and young people.Confident engaging and motivating pupils.Able to encourage positive behaviour and teamwork.Confident working as part of a team.Reliable, punctual and professional.Able to communicate effectively with pupils and ..... full job details .....
