This is a long-term, full-time role assisting a Key Stage 1 (KS1) child who benefits from a structured, active, and engaging environment.The RoleProvide dedicated 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil throughout the school day, helping them access the curriculum and stay engaged in learning.Channel your background in sports to build strong rapport, implement active movement breaks, and act as a positive role model.Assist the classroom teacher by implementing structured routines and supporting positive behaviour management.Help develop the pupil''s social interaction, confidence, and resilience both inside the classroom and during outdoor play.What We Are Looking ForA strong background in Sports Coaching, Physical Education, Sports Science, or Youth Activity Leadership.Experience working with or coaching children (sports clubs, summer camps, or primary school environments).A patient, resilient, and high-energy personality with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.An ..... full job details .....
