Sports Centre ManagerAnnual Salary: 36,363Location: Bottisham, CambridgeshireJob Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week (12 month FTC)Reed are working with a great company who are seeking a Sports Centre Manager at their Bottisham location. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for sports and fitness, offering an opportunity to manage and develop a thriving sports centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of the centre, ensuring high standards of service and safety.Day-to-day of the role:Assist in negotiating and managing fitness contracts to ensure value for money and strategic development of the centre.Produce and present detailed reports such as Business Plans and Marketing Plans.Oversee the maintenance and operation of the centre facilities, including the swimming pool and equipment.Develop and implement procedures to enhance customer experience and handle complaints effectively.Co-ordinate with the Senior Leadership Team and the school to meet the educational needs related to the sports centre.Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Promote and market the centre''s services and facilities to attract new customers and events.Manage and develop a team of staff, ensuring all recruitment, training, and compliance processes are adhered to.Required Skills and Qualifications:Coaching and Fitness Qualification.GCSE grade C+ in English and Maths ..... full job details .....
