Sports Centre Duty Manager

Our client has an opportunity for a Sports Centre Duty Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the site, developing customer relationships and ensuring the safety of clients.

Role: Sports Centre Duty Manager
Location: Moreton-In-Marsh
Salary: -28,000
Hours: Week 1: You will work Monday - Friday from 5.45am - 1.45pm
Week 2: You will work 4 weekdays from 1.30pm - 9.30pm

What you''ll be doing:

• Develop customer relationships, creating a quality customer experience within the centre.
• Ensure the highest standard of customer care & service delivery is achieved within the centre. Deal with complaints and issues an appropriate way and try to resolve situations
• Assist in the management of the centre in a safe way that ensures that all customers and staff are able to use the centre with minimal risk to their Health & Safety.
• Lead by example in all areas of the building, ensuring the centre is a clean, safe environment for both staff & customers. You will also provide visible leadership to all centre staff ensuring they are skilled & motivated to complete daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Be in possession or in the process of gaining an RLSS NPLQ qualification
• Level 2 gym instructor qualification
• Recognized 2-day first aid at work
• A CIMSPA pool plant operator''s certificate
• You will be required to obtain an enhanced DBS certificate as part of our vetting process
• Flexible with working shifts
• Own transport - site is not accessible by public transport
