This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality fitness and sports programmes, ensuring every member and guest enjoys an excellent experience from start to finish.In this role, you will:Assist members and guests with fitness support, bookings and enquiries, providing a positive, end-to-end experience.Maintain clean, safe and functional gym, studio, sports hall and equipment areas at all times.Support on gym floor cover, health checks, inductions, and (if qualified) teach or assist with group exercise classes.Play a key role in member sales and retention by building meaningful connections and understanding members'' needs.Uphold excellent operational standards and act as a positive role model for other staff.Use ..... full job details .....
