This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sport, coaching, or physical education who wants to use those skills in a meaningful and rewarding way.While this role is primarily classroom-based, there''s plenty of opportunity to incorporate physical activity and structured sports sessions into the day.Role Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils, both in the classroom and through structured physical activitySupport students who struggle with behaviour or emotional regulation, managing challenging behaviours effectivelyBuild confidence, resilience and positive routines with studentsUsing sports-based approaches to help students engage positively with learningEncouraging participation, building trust and being a positive role modelWhat we''re looking for:A background in sport, PE, coaching or similarPrevious experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEMH or behavioural challengesSomeone who''s calm, patient, and enthusiastic with excellent communication ..... full job details .....
