Location: Carmarthen, South Wales Pay Rate: £92.63 per day Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Contract: Full Academic Year About the RoleTeaching Personnel is seeking a Sports and Behaviour Support Mentor to support both general classroom learning and pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) at one of our partner secondary schools/ pupil refferal units in the Carmarthen area.This is a rewarding opportunity for someone resilient, patient, and motivated to make a real difference in young people''s lives. You''ll play a key role in supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour or emotional needs, providing consistency, encouragement, and understanding to help them remain focused, engaged, and confident throughout the school day.An interest in sport or physical activity is desirable, as this can be used as a positive tool to build relationships, encourage engagement, and promote emotional regulation.
