Primary and secondary schools across Newham need energetic, grounded and inspiring Sports Teaching Assistants.

• Deliver and support PE lessons.

• Run structured lunchtime and after-school activities.

• Use sport to engage disengaged learners.

• Support behaviour management through movement.

• Mentor students who respond better to action than instruction.

• Sports coaching

• Youth work

• Personal training

• Team leadership

• Or simply someone with presence and passion

• You''re not just supervising - you''re mentoring.

• You''ll work closely with pastoral and SEN teams.

• You''ll help students who struggle in class find success elsewhere.

• You''ll be part of schools that understand physical activity supports mental health.
