Working in partnership with an established events company that delivers premium, high-level online webinars for senior leaders in Marketing, HR, and IT.
The Role:
I am looking for a commercially driven, new business-focused Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a successful sales team. This opportunity is for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and owning the entire sales cycle.
You will play a critical role in expanding client base and helping top-tier B2B vendors reach senior stakeholders in some of the UK''s most forward-thinking organisations.
What You''ll Be Doing
- Identify and convert 100% self-generated leads into long-term clients
- Craft and pitch tailored sponsorship packages aligned to partner objectives and editorial themes
- Engage directly with senior decision-makers in Marketing, HR, and IT
- Negotiate and close strategic deals end-to-end
- Keep CRM data up to date, providing accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sponsor delivery and client satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales or B2B media sales
- Proven track record of closing new business
- Self-starter, proactive, and resilient
- Strong communicator and skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders
- Experience with Marketing, HR, or IT audiences is a strong plus
- Based anywhere in the UK, with full right to work
- Comfortable working remotely in fast-moving, target-driven environment
