You will be a subject matter expert in sponsorship products and programs, leading development, implementation, and on-site delivery to ensure client satisfaction and KPI achievement. Your responsibilities include:Leading cross-functional teams to execute sponsor packages flawlesslyManaging sponsors throughout the event cycle, maintaining strong relationshipsDeveloping new sponsorship opportunities and innovative solutionsCreating sponsorship inventories and standardizing contractual languageCollaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize sponsorship deliveryTracking contractual points and inventories via sponsorship platformsEnsuring deliverables are assigned and completed by delivery teamsImproving processes and maximizing quality standardsSecuring client sign-offs before deadlines and providing progress reportsReporting weekly on key issues and milestonesAbout YouExperience in B2B relationship and project management, especially in events, partnerships, and sponsorshipsStrong relationship-building and problem-solving skillsBusiness acumen and commercial awarenessExcellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiencesTeam player with motivation, quality focus, and CRM proficiencyKnowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, and WeiboContract type : Short-term ContractorWorker type : Contingent WorkerWhat We OfferWorking at GSMA provides access to the mobile industry, global solutions, and industry-changing projects.
