About the Role SIA has three opportunities for spinal cord injury (SCI) specialist therapists to join the organisation, they will be working on a funded project Travel without Barriers , with a focus on mentoring the SCI community to travel with confidence and developing training and audit frameworks for transport providers. We are looking for specialisms in occupational therapy and physiotherapy. The SCI specialist therapists will support people with spinal cord injury to enable travel confidence by assessing, guiding and teaching all aspects of mobility needs. Their prime role will be as part of SIA''s Travel without Barriers project. They will mentor people with spinal cord injury to empower people to make journeys.
