Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join a supportive specialist school in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire , working with pupils aged 11-19 with moderate learning difficulties and speech, language and communication needs. This is an excellent opportunity to lead therapeutic provision, support pupil development and work collaboratively within a committed multidisciplinary team. The Role Manage a caseload and deliver individual, paired and group therapy sessions. Assess communication needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical records and reports. Contribute to EHCP annual reviews and liaise with families and external professionals.
