Role: Speech and Language TherapistLocation: HounslowContract: Permanent, Term Time OnlyHours: Full Time (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday)Salary: Up to 60000 (Role open to Band 5, 6 and 7 applicants) Our client, a specialist further education provider, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary therapy team.This rewarding role involves supporting young adults aged 19-25 with a range of complex learning and communication needs, including severe and profound learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping learners develop effective communication skills and maximise their independence and participation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions.Develop and implement personalised communication programmes.Work collaboratively with education, therapy and support staff to embed communication strategies across the curriculum.Provide advice, training and guidance to colleagues and families where appropriate.Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.Support the ongoing development of the therapy service.About YouApplicants should have:A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy and relevant professional registration.A minimum of two years'' experience working within a specialist educational or similar setting.Experience supporting ..... full job details .....
