Role: Speech and Language TherapistLocation: LoughboroughSalary: 37,000 per annumJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeHours: 37 hours per week We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist education provider for a Speech and Language Therapist.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing a specialist service supporting young people with autism and learning disabilities. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote communication, independence and positive educational outcomes.The RoleAs a Speech and Language Therapist, you will manage a varied caseload of students with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs, including complex presentations. You will work closely with education staff, therapists, families and external professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred support.You will also receive structured clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to support your continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out specialist speech, language and communication assessments.Deliver individual and group therapy programmes tailored to each student''s needs.Develop communication profiles, strategies and personalised intervention plans.Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets and reviews.Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for students.Provide advice, guidance and ..... full job details .....
