Instead of being isolated in a single clinic, you will work directly within our diverse primary and secondary school communities, shaping communication-friendly environments and making a tangible difference where it matters most.Because our trust spans multiple sites across the county, this role requires regular travel between schools, offering a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesCaseload Management: Assess, diagnose, and deliver targeted intervention plans for pupils with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN), including developmental language disorders, social communication difficulties, and ASC.Collaborative Practice: Work closely with school SENCOs, senior leadership, and teachers to integrate communication strategies into the everyday curriculum and IEPs (Individual Education Plans).Staff Training: Design and deliver ..... full job details .....
