Speech and Language TherapistProspero Teaching is working with a specialist school in the Farnborough area to recruit a qualified and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist for a September 2026 start. This is a newly created role offering a unique opportunity to establish and develop speech and language provision within a supportive, forward-thinking setting.The school supports pupils aged 4-16 with moderate to severe learning difficulties and SEMH needs, with a strong focus on communication, independence, and personal development. Staff pride themselves on building strong relationships with pupils and creating an environment where every individual is supported to thrive.The Role:Lead the development of a high-quality Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) provision across the schoolDeliver specialist, outcome-focused interventions for pupils with communication needsEmbed speech and language strategies across the curriculumAssess, diagnose, and support pupils with a range of communication difficultiesDevelop and implement individualised therapy plansWork collaboratively with teachers, families, and external professionalsMaintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reportsFollow safeguarding and school policies consistentlyIdeal Candidate:Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration (essential)Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)At least 2 years'' experience working as a SaLTExperience supporting children with ASC and/or ..... full job details .....
